#ispyhearts

Based on a photography practice of mine started in 2011, where I capture hearts wherever I see them, this multi-layered resin collage features said photography, found items, and Dremel carved haiku poetry… It reflects accumulation; layers of live moments repeating softly beneath the surface. The vertical drips act as visual echoes, blurring time and dissolving clarity. The text, hearts, and broken mirrors reappear in altered states, suggesting how meaning shifts as it is remembered or retold.

Intimate and poetic, the piece rewards slow looking—revealing hidden messages and quiet moments of magic along the way.
